Installing and improving the SABC’s redundancy radio station links and convert their radio services to DVB Transport Streams (TS) audio, together with comprehensive monitoring system in order to monitor services as part of the relevant national digital terrestrial television (DTT) feed. In addition, the monitoring of relevant SABC frequency modulated (FM) radio services and direct-to-home (DTH) is also required.
